Your Role

As a Lear 45/75 Co-Pilot, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of our aircraft while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, precise decision-making, and exceptional flying skills to ensure seamless operations for our VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Command and operate the Lear 45/75 in accordance with aviation regulations and company SOPs.
  • Ensure highest safety, compliance, and operational efficiency on all flights.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain discretion with VIP clients.
  • Work closely with flight operations, dispatch, and ground handling teams to execute smooth and efficient trips.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Stay updated with global aviation regulations, airspace procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate flight documentation and reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with Lear 45/75 Type Rating.
  • Minimum 500 total flight hours, including 250 hours as PIC on jet aircraft.
  • Strong experience in international flight operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • VIP and private charter experience preferred.
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling, including long-haul, overnight, and on-call flights.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
